Believe the US sizes, not the European sizes here. I am an 8 and usually wear a European 38, so I didn't believe that I would need to order a 39.5 as was suggested by the sizing given here. So I ordered the 38. It turns out Zappos was right and I should have ordered the 39.5. I did and it fits.

Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked

Great solid shoe - This shoe is what a women's biking shoe should be. It is a very well designed good-looking shoe, plus its stiff sole makes for good contact with the bike. When I took the shoe out of the box I thought it was going to be too small. But a good biking shoe should fit like a glove and this shoe certainly does. I have fairly wide feet and this shoe fits my width perfectly.
