These are a great winter version of Dansko clogs. Everytime I put them on I end up leaving them on longer than I had planned to wear them. I always purchase size 10.5 or larger for running shoes, and I orderd a 41 in these boots. I own several other pairs of Dansko shoes (two in 41, one in 42) and I must be on the edge of the two sizes. These boots are long enough, even with thick socks, but I can tell my big toe is at the end after wearing them all day. I can see why I've been fitted for a 42 when purchasing Dansko shoes in stores, but these are fine for me (again, I must be right on the line between the two sizes). I also have a wide foot and these work well (I've had them for a week now and have worn them all around Boston and Alexandria, VA, including two airports). They are VERY comfortable, with great support for my high arches, and they definitely look like a clog when you wear long pants. These are a boot for informal wear, they are not at all dressy, and seem to go best with casual (i.e., cotton, denim) fabrics in pants, not dresses or skirts. Great, funky look with the center seam and awesome Dansko fit. Be ready for them to feel loose on your foot (especially the heel!) so you get the correct benefits from the Dansko design. Don't expect a tight, dressy feel. Enjoy this new boot, particularly in areas of the country where we have so much cool/cold weather when a shoe/boot that can take serious commuter needs, fits the bill!

My new favorite pair of boots! The leather is a bit stiff at first around the ankle, but hang in there for a day or two and it will soften up quickly. These boots are super comfortable and look great with jeans or dress slacks. Buy them right now! You will not be disappointed.

These boots are so comfortable. They have all the comfort of the Dansko clogs with a dressier look. I absolutely recommend them!

I love these boots and they look great, just a warning: they do run very narrow, much more so than my Dansko Professional clogs. In thick socks they are uncomfortably tight.

Comfortable - fit like most Dansko\'s clogs. Although they look like boots in the photo, they look more like regular clogs when worn with jeans. Very comfortable to stand in for hours. I\'ve gotten several compliments on them already (in the two weeks I\'ve worn them), which is surprising because they seem pretty generic to me. But I guess they have a "cloglike" touch which makes them fun and unusual.

These are comfortable and true to size, with a roomy toe. I like the way they add height (I\'m only 5\'1"), but without making me walk on the balls of my feet, or throwing my weight forward and my back out of line. They are easy to get in and out of, with a zipper on the inside of the ankle.\r\n\r\nThe leather is a bit stiff and "plasticky," and there is no fuzzy liner of any sort, but otherwise this is a great boot.

I love these shoes! I haven't taken them off since I bought them. I am going to order a second pair. I only wish they had more colors. I would certainly have a pair in every color. Yes, they are that comfortable, and look great with jeans, as well as dressier pants.

I thought these boots looked really nice, until I tried them on and felt like I had stepped into a pair of flower pots. They are very, very roomy in the ankle, I think they would have just fell off of my feet. And my husband laughed when he saw me try them on. I think I\'ll stick to their clogs.

Look good but they are gigantic, but not in length. The length is fine, but even with added insoles there is still way too much room between the top of my foot and the inside of the shoe. My foot falls out every time I take a step. If I got a size down my toes would be touching the end. They are a strange fit and I don't think I love them.

I love these boots. I\'ve been wearing the same pair of Dansko Finn style boots--(discontinued) for many years--and have been waiting and waiting for Dansko to come out with a somewhat comparable boot. Comfortable--and I\'ve been getting compliments.

I\'ve been wearing the Professional Clogs for years, so I was happy to find a Dansko boot. These are much lighter than the clogs and have a more refined look. They are also much narrower. I have narrow feet so it fit me perfectly, but something to consider for a wider foot. The leather is stiffer at the ankles, but wearing longer socks with them keeps them from rubbing. My only other complaint is that the zippers sometimes get stuck, but a small hassle to deal with for such a comfortable boot.

I love Dansko shoes and have had at least 4 pairs in my life with the shoes. I was excited to try the new Scout model, but unfortunately, as much as I love Danskos, I have to return this pair. I wear a 39, inside the shoe feels just like the clog, but I have narrow ankles and it was uncomfortable near the zipper. So sorry I have to return them; they look great!

I\'m so disappointed that I have to return these boots but they don\'t fit well. This is the 2nd pair of Dansko boots that I\'ve had to return. Dansko\'s sizes run small. I\'m an 8 1/2 so I ordered 39 twice and both times I found the boots to be too narrow. Additionally, on these boots, the leather is so, so hard. I considered stretching them but they really are too hard for that. I\'m sure they would stretch but they won\'t soften up. Other than that, they have a wonderful arch support inside the boot and the design is great. I was hoping my boot shopping was over but unfortunately the search continues...

I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys.
