The back loop that holds the strap broke on the second wearing of this shoe! I thought it would be comfortable with the platform - but it's not. I had a lot of pressure on the ball of my foot, which caused a lot of strain on my calves. It definitely LOOKS sexy, but I would not recommend it for long use.

with Zappos. I discovered your store online a couple of days ago. I noticed some sandals that I wanted, and decided to call. The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday). However, it arrived early today (Monday). Both my husband and I were surprised by the rapid overnight express time. I will definitely do business with you again soon and tell others about you.
