I purchased the VASEK-LS white luster satin heels to wear in my wedding (June 20). They are gorgeous shoes and I was excited about wearing them, but on the wedding day they ruined my silk dress on my way to the ceremony. The rhinestones caused the dress to snag, leaving strings hanging and runs up the front of my dress before I had even walked down the aisle. The shoes were not cheap and my dress was $2500 so I was very upset, to say the least. Well, the wedding is over and the damage was done but I just thought I'd make you aware of the designer flaw in these shoes. Maybe I can help prevent this happening to another bride.

I recently purchased these shoes for my wedding and they worked wonderfully and matched my ivory dress perfectly! Very comfortable shoes for as high as the heel is. I would absolutely recommend these shoes to anyone.

Like every Nina shoe I have ever purchased for my sweetheart, these look like a million bucks on her feet! She has small feet (5.5), and the Nina line seems to provide her with comfort as well as great style. This particular style is my new favorite - they're HOT and ALMOST as beautiful as my Chinese girlfriend!! Zappos unmatched service just makes them that much better!

Beautiful, well made shoes -
Bought these for my wedding day. They are surprisingly well made, with real leather soles, and the ankle strap has a little stretchy section in back so the strap doesn't dig into your ankle. They are pretty high, but for a sexy heel they aren't terribly uncomfortable - that makes it a 5 star high heel for me! And finally, they are simply gorgeous. A real step up from a plain white pump or one of the dyeable heels. Very happy with my purchase.

Perfect shoes for a bride in an ivory wedding dress!
I was really happy to find this ivory silk shoes for my daughter, bride to be. They were as beautiful as they look in the picture. They were a perfect match with her ivory wedding gown. Pretty comfortable and totally true to size! The detail of golden stones enhances their beauty! Highly recommend this brand!

LOVE these shoes!!!
I have been looking for the perfect shoes to wear for my wedding! If you are anything like me, I had a vision of what these shoes would be. I usually will never find what I want when I have a vision! I finally found these shoes at Zappos after thorough search of local stores and everything online. As it turns out these are better than I expected and the perfect match for my dress and necklace!! The shoes really are not the most comfortable, but I am more than willing to sacrifice comfort for style! I had to go up a half size, but most of the time I have to do that with open toe shoes.

Great bridesmaid shoe -
I ordered these along with three other pairs of brown sandals to try and match my bridesmaid dress. I thought it was going to be incredibly difficult to find a dressy brown sandal. This one was perfect. I do think the Nina brand fits pretty true to size if not a little small.

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding, they were perfect. They fit great and were fairly comfortable… even though I rarely wear heels. Absolutely beautiful!!!

Great Shoe!!!
I love this brand - these shoes are so stylish and not as comfortable as I would like them to be, but they are a dressy shoe and I don't mind a little discomfort. These are my third pair in this brand, I never look anywhere else. Overall, great shoe!!!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
