Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Stiff and uncomfortable - these shoes look nice enough but the bottoms are hard as rocks. They give absolutely no flexibility but my main problem was the tongue of the shoe. The tongue is hard like cardboard and was fat and bulky. It dug into my foot and my feet are not overly large or fat in anyway. I was going to keep them and try to wear them in but the tongue hurt my foot too much.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
