I was exclaiming about Zappos' unbelievable customer service and the customer service rep in turn exclaimed about the unbelievably great experience of working at Zappos. I've done quite a bit of training and consulting to big corporations. I know how rare it is to see happy staff and I know that staff treatment of customers reflects management’s treatment of staff. Managers who roll up their sleeves as equals to lead and assist their colleagues are rare. When she told me the Zappos CEO joins staff in their cubicles, I had to write. I send a huge "bravo". I wish you were in Michigan because I'd love to work for your company. I understand other businesses come to learn first hand what you are doing with such great success.
