Thank you guys, you're the best! I always find what I need on your website and your service is the best.This is my third pair of Frye shoes and they are so cute and comfortable. I live downtown and walk a lot, so I can't wear impossible "stilts" which I like, so these strike the right balance! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love this shoe. True to size and very comfortable. The heel is the key in this shoe. It allows for the perfect height, but is constructed for total comfort. All my friends wanted this shoe after they saw them on me. The chocolate brown is my favorite color!

Really gorgeous, well made shoe. Really soft leather. I was able to wear them all day the first time I wore them with no blisters or any problems. Look great with pants. Comfortable enough to wear in office all day but wouldn't recommend standing in them for more than a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

My best friend has 2 pairs of Frye Kelsey's. She has been raving about them for months. I have 5 pairs of Frye and love them all. So I bought a pair of Kelsey's in SKY. What a beautiful blue gray color. And they are very comfortable. The leather is buttery soft. The high heel does not feel high because of the hidden platform. Frye is my favorite brand.

Best heels for someone who doesn't usually wear heels -
These shoes are so comfortable! The platform at the ball gives the illusion of a higher heel, which makes them easy to walk and stand in for hours. The leather is soft; the shoe is broken-in for you. The quality is flawless; I want these in every color!

Wow, what a find! I don't normally go spending this much on a single pair of shoes, but these are worth it! Gorgeous, well-crafted, and versatile, they give the look of a high heel with the comfort of a moderate heel, thanks to the padded platform and the leather lining. The outer leather is smooth and supple, and the design is a fantastic vintage look that works with skirts & dresses right down to slim jeans. I describe these as running a half size large since I'm normally a 7, but am keeping the 6.5 in these… but my foot is slightly narrow, so that could be a factor. I ordered these in both navy and black, but I'm returning the navy since it's not quite a true navy - somewhat lighter and distressed looking, as opposed to the black, which was a true, rich black. I love these so much I'm now contemplating a second pair in the dark brown... high praise for a tightwad!

I have never even tried on a pair of Frye, because nearly every review of their styles comments on how narrow they are. I have a wide foot, but not too bad, but I could NOT resist this shoe!!!It is a real retro hottie! I look for every opportunity to wear it because it goes with jeans, capris, etc. nearly everything in my wardrobe and they are super comfortable. The peep toe is just right and the circular wooden buckle is really cute. I am in love!

Excellent Shoe!
I love this heel. I ordered the powder blue color. I've worn them twice and gotten a ton of compliments both times. They are very comfortable, much more so than any other heel I own. The first day I wore them was at a birthday party where I was on my feet for about 4 hours and my feet felt great afterward. Good quality, very cute, and worth every penny!

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos.
