These shoes are very stylish yet comfortable. I normally wear 8.5 but these size 9s fit perfectly. I would recommend these cute flats; but be advised, they are not meant to be walking shoes. I change into them at the office since they seem delicate.

I bought 3 pairs of black flat shoes to try and these are the best! I bought a Me-too and Franco Sarto. Style wise, this is the least appealing, but comfort? These are so comfortable!

I got these in purple and wear them with almost everything. Kinda like black. They are comfortable and very cute. I get lots of compliments. I will get more of this brand.

Great shoe! This shoe is super cute and quite comfortable for a ballet flat. There is not a lot of support, but that is to be expected with a flat. However, the shoe has a sole that is good for walking. It does run small. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5, and the 8 fit perfectly.

I love these shoes. They're really cute and the leather is super soft. They are as comfortable as a pair of ballet shoes and the size fits perfectly. My only complaint is that they do hurt in the back. I wore band aids on the back of my ankles for the first couple of weeks. Sometimes it still bothers me, sometimes it doesn't. It's not as bad as it was when I bought them so I figured eventually they'll wear in and stop hurting. Regardless, I recommend them to any die hard ballet flat wearers.

I love these flats. The color is a darker purple than the screen shows. They're very comfortable, no blisters. I've worn mine many times and the elastic hasn't loosened any. I would order a half size larger than normal.

Great shoe, very comfy and I'm 7 months pregnant! Hard to find comfy flats when you are pregnant, but these were perfect! The leather is really soft and it goes with everything.

Great shoe! These are super cute and comfortable (I normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and got these in a 9). I wore them for 10 hours the first day. Overall, they were great although I must say that by the end of the day, the left one was digging a bit into the back of my ankle, but not so badly that I had to take them off. But I have padded the back with a bit of ankle protector so now, no digging at all! I've received lots of compliments on these shoes!

Dug into my feet. These shoes looked very cute online and got great reviews so I thought I'd try them out! I ordered a 1/2 size larger as was suggested by the reviews. I wore them around the house for no more then 20 minutes because the elastic dug into my feet and I could tell they wouldn't be comfortable. Another note: the ruffle in the front is a lot wider and larger than it looks online. This didn't bother me because I love ruffles, but it may bother some people.

Very cute and comfortable flats. These look good with jeans and work clothes. I usually wear through ballet flats pretty quickly, but these seem to have a more substantial sole that will hold up well even with a lot of walking.

Shoes run small, so I'd suggest bumping up to the next 1/2 size. The curled up front kind of pulls up on my toes, so my feet feel a little cramped by the end of the day, even though the shoes fit. Otherwise, I love these shoes. They're cute and the leather is super soft. I've received many compliments, and the toe issue isn't bad enough to keep me from wearing the shoes.

I was always a little leery of the elastic back type of flat shoes, afraid they'd dig into the back of my heels. But these shoes were so cute I thought I'd try them out. I'm so happy I did because I love these shoes. I usually wear an 8 1/2 from Report brand (and most brands), but reading through other sites' reviews on this shoe I decided to order size 9 - and they fit perfectly. I would recommend sizing up because I think these would be uncomfortable if too tight in the back. The soles are cushioned a bit and the shoe is very comfortable to wear all day. The ruffles across the toe do make the foot appear a bit wide, but I have narrow feet so it didn't bother me. If you have wide feet, you may not like the ruffles. The purple color is on the darker side so they're a great neutral color as an alternative to basic black or brown. I'm very happy with these. Zappos is awesome!

I got these in black color and absolutely fell in love with this shoe. It\'s soooo comfy!!!! Did not require any breaking in, the leather is super soft. I feel like Im wearing slipers....

Very cute shoes - and comfortable. Leather is so soft, you could forget you’re wearing shoes - bad news is there’s absolutely no arch support – couldn’t wear them for a day of city walking, but for around the house or normal weekend running around, they’re fine. Bought them in hot pink and love the bright color - depending upon the shoes I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 - for these shoes, the 8 is a perfect fit.

Very cute shoe, but not for wide feet. I ordered the pink, because I wanted something summery and when I saw photos on other websites it looked more magenta than bright pink - however it was very bright, almost fluorescent pink, which I found a little tacky. The shoe itself is really comfortable, but really not flattering to a wider foot. It has little arch support and lots of toe cleavage, and the round toe and ruffles make the foot look wider - the overall effect is that a wide foot will literally look flat like a pancake. If I had a narrow foot I might just order a different color and stick with it...instead I decided to return it. Pity, because it's hard to find comfortable leather flats at a good price.

I love the color and style of these shoes. I may order them in different colors. I would recommend these to anyone that likes flats and bold colors. I ordered the hot pink.

I got these in grey and they are very cute. I'm a fairly wide size 8, and the 8 1/2 works perfectly (I suggest going up a half-size). The leather is buttery soft, and I don't see these giving me a single blister. They're not terribly supportive, but that's to be expected with the style. The bottom outsole feels durable and should hold up to lots of commuting. The color is also great, very versatile. My ONLY side note is that w/ the ruffle they tend to make wide feet look a little wider.

Great casual shoe -
I love these shoes. I did order a 1/2 size larger than my normal size, since I've seen a trend in these types of shoes running a bit small. They fit great. I am on my feet all day. They are durable, cute and I have received many compliments on them. The lining is cloth so I don't get sweaty feet. I would say that the arch support is adequate.

Shoe runs small- I ordered half a size bigger and it fits perfect, no need to break them in. The material is soft and molds to my feet. I got them in gray it’s a beautiful, neutral color. I will probably order them in black they are just so comfortable.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
