Excellent shoe, very comfortable. Zappos is a great site to order from. Did not use it, but they have an excellent return policy.

I never thought Dr. Martens made work shoes this comfortable. I've had Dr. Martens sandals that lasted me over 10 years & it gets better & better over time. The Midi Non-Steel, hopefully, will do the same. The non-slip & oil resistant definitely help tremendously. It's been almost 2 months now & the shoes feel like they're molding my feet already. I originally purchased Klogs, but they were extremely uncomfortable. A size 5 felt like a size 6. Zappos offers such a wonderful & convenient service. I returned the Klogs (without any shipping fee), purchased Dr. Martens on Saturday, & received my brand new shoes on Tuesday. What a service!

 |  | Thank you very much... I just went to the door and there were my beautiful new blue slides. I can't believe I received them less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Service, service, service. Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply
