I just received these, and have worn them all day. My foot is a bit wide and at first I thought they might be a bit narrow, but they are feeling great. Very warm, definitely waterproof (being hit by Ida rain here), very comfy. Love the look, too! For the customer who commented the heel slips, mine did too at first. Then I realized I just had to tighten up the laces at the part closest to the ankle (not tight as to be uncomfortable). No slipping, good to go. Love 'em, want to get the boot version now!

Comfy boots, but the insole sits 'high' in the heel, so consequently the boots 'slip' as you walk. Hoping it will pack down and form to my foot.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
