This is the worse handbag I have ever purchased. The zipper closure gets stuck all the time. The inside of the bag is just like dropping stuff down in a hole. You could never find them after they were put in the purse. The only reason I kept it was because I needed a black leather bag in a hurry. I would not recommend to any friend.

	I ordered my shoes after 6pm on Nov. 2, and when I drove in my driveway the next afternoon (4pm) they were waiting on the front step...WOW! Not even 24 hours had passed, incredible. Thanks so much for the upgrade in shipping. Everyone in the break room at work this morning heard about it and several ladies said “are they from Zappos?” You have a great reputation, congratulations!
