The bag was a little larger than expected but after using it for a month, I\'m very happy with the size. I can fit everything I into one bag instead of carrying a purse and a separate laptop bag. The quality is excellent and the waterproofing came in handy during a rainstorm. Got the silver color. Love it!

I initially purchased this for a work bag, and love it. I can carry my lunch, an umbrella, book (paperback or hardcover), wallet, sunglass case and dress shoes w/room to spare. I even began taking a class and was able to put a notepad and textbook in w/ease. I love that there are compartments for pens, cell phone, building access cards, and comes equipped w/a shoulder strap so I can sling it across my body. I recently used it as a carry-on for a trip to HI; it was able to hold my camera, 3 magazines, water bottle, spare clothes (shorts, t-shirt and flip-flops), and still had room to spare. Overall this is a well-constructed bag that can store a ton. If I had kids, this would double well as a diaper bag.

Great utility. I do like this bag very much. It is perfect for toting my teaching supplies to and from work and looks professional. Slightly too big, but the alternative would have been too small.

Great for vacation -
I bought this bag for my vacation to Paris. It worked out great. It was a bigger than I thought it was going to be (I ordered medium) and in crowded areas it adds on width and girth, but it worked out perfect for shopping days. It wore well. It was in the rain, packed with bottles and cans, lugged on the Metro and airplanes, squeezed under tables and it still looks exactly the same. I recommend it, but bring an evening purse to swap out with.

Loved it!!
I bought this specifically for my vacation. It was wonderful and convenient. Very versatile, it carried everything I needed to carry. (and then some...) I was very impressed with the quality of the bag. Very heavy duty and well made.

Timbuk2 Cargo Tote -
I am very happy with my Timbuk2 cargo tote. I already had one in the large size but liked it so much that I wanted one in the medium. I especially like the fact that they are waterproof. I go to a lot of sporting events held outdoors; these totes allow me to bring extra clothes, umbrellas, and other accessories to combat the unpredictable weather. They have lots of pockets, plenty of room, and a great shoulder strap.

This medium-sized tote was exactly what I was looking for.
I was looking for a tote to use as a purse/tote for a week long trip. This tote comes in large and small, too. It fit fine under the seat on the plane and it's very roomy. It has excellent side pockets inside, as well as a zipper pocket and a mesh pocket. It even has a place to hold pens and pencils. I didn't use the optional shoulder strap. I researched totes for several months and this was it for me. I love it. On the return flight, I even managed to bring home a gallon bag of fresh tostada chips from my favorite Mexican food restaurant.

A great go-to-work bag -
I've had my Cargo Tote for about a week and a half. The medium size fits everything I toss in it, books, CDs, the morning paper along with wallet, company ID, bus pass, PDA, mobile, makeup bag and files. When I zip the top, it keeps things perfectly dry. Lots of good inside pockets -- although I wish the one large velcro-closed pocket had been divided into two. Oh, it has a great carrier for my water bottle as well. A GREAT GO-TO-WORK Bag.

Love It!
I love this tote. Perfect for going to the gym or bringing to work. I love the color (I got the pink one) and you can tell that it is really durable. I also like that it has the over the shoulder strap if you want to use it more like a duffle, because the shoulder straps can be a little short if you are wearing a bulky jacket. Great bag!

Just the right size for day to day traveling -
I truly enjoyed having this bag in my Timbuk2 collection. It is durable, flexible and most of all convenient in carrying laptops and gym clothes. A great size to travel around.

Great, sturdy bag -
Great bag. The material is very sturdy, heavier than you would expect based on the picture. This size is perfect for school or everyday carrying. Note that the measurements given on Zappos (provided by Timbuk2) are misleading - they are the measurements for the BOTTOM of the bag, which is the narrowest part. It's more like ~18" wide across the top. The organizational elements are not bad but not perfect. There is one small zip pocket on the exterior, really too small to be uesd for anything. On the inside, there is one big pocket with a velcro closure, and a couple smaller organizational pockets on the other side (for cell phone, MP3 player, etc.). There is also a small mesh water bottle holder on one end of the interior of the bag, but it is on the small side - not big enough to hold a Nalgene, only a little plastic water bottle maybe.

I love this tote!
This is a wonderful bag. It has inside pockets for your ID, cell phone, and then an inner flap to hold little things like lotion or hair clips, the kinds of things that get lost and clutter the bottom of bags. It easily fits a notebook, umbrella, wallet, organizer, without being too bulky. The straps are at a nice length, so it feels like a purse. I don’t like bags that just hang down. It’s a very feminine and practical version of the sturdy Timbuk2 messenger bag.

I purchased this to use as a diaper bag and have found that I love it. It is a little big, but roomy enough for everything and very easy to clean. It also stands up as the bottom is flat to avoid tipping. My husband doesn't feel silly carrying it and we are able to use it for more than just a diaper bag.

Excellent Tote-
This tote was exactly what I expected. A versatile and tough tote that can handle New England winters. Only complaint is that I would have personally preferred smaller compartments lining the inside. The one side that has a large pouch doesn't really serve much purpose for me and I would have rather had smaller compartments for phone, Blackberry, and other smaller items that I want to be able to reach easily. The photo that showed the various sizes held by a person are 100% accurate and also very helping in the selection process.

I love this tote -
I was looking for a well designed, durable tote and this was a perfect find - and I was able to purchase it through my favorite online company. The medium size is perfect for travel, school, work or the gym.

Love, love, love this bag!
I purchased this bag to be used for my knitting. It is the best knitting bag I've ever had. It holds absolutely everything: all of my needles, little pockets for all my notions, slots for my books, and plenty of space for my current project. My knitting has never been more organized. Best of all, it's so easy to transport and nothing gets out of place. I think I need the small one now for smaller projects!

I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
