Too Tight -
These shoes are not particularly well made which is surprising because I own another pair of RSVP shoes which are fine. I have small, narrow feet, but these shoes were unbelievably tight. I tried stretching them, but they did not budge. I will be returning them; however, as always, Zappos customer service was fantastic. I ordered these shoes Thursday night and received them the next day.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
