The boots are absolutely gorgeous and just as advertised. They do run narrow and a little small, so I ordered a size up from what I normally wear. If you have wide feet, these boots are not for you though, but they’re very comfortable and look beautiful!

GORGEOUS boots!
These boots are SO gorgeous!! Super attractive and very "worn" looking already... but with still the BEST quality. I've had to return mine, however, as they felt a FULL size and a FULL width smaller than marked. I own a large collection of 1883s from Lucchese, but these just wouldn't even go on my foot. However, with Zappos.com’s easy no hassle return policy, I'll have another pair in the mail and to my door before I know it! I always wear a 7.5 B in this style of Lucchese boots, but I will be requesting a size 8, hoping that works.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any 1883 Collection from Lucchese.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
