I\'m just getting into running after being a long-time walker. I have always worn New Balance shoes for walking, so naturally I turned to them for running. I really like these shoes; they are lightweight but supportive. I think next time I will order one-half size larger, as I think my foot shifts a little more upon impact when running, and sometimes my toes push just a little on the end. It doesn\'t hurt, but I am going to give them a little more room. Otherwise, these shoes are great!

I love the shoes, but for some reason I had to get a 9 1/2 in them even though I am an 8 1/2. They are very comfortable and good for the gym, and I like the style a lot. I thought maybe my feet got bigger but I just went shopping for other shoes and I am still an 8 1/2.

I bought these shoes for my wife. She stated that she absolutely loved the way they felt when working out and would recommend them to anyone. I received the first pair that was too little. The exhange was simple and we received the new pair the next day.

When I tried my true size in these shoes, there was insufficient arch support for me, but I ordered a half-size larger and added ladies' Dr. Scholl's Tri-Comfort Orthotics (about $6 at my grocery store) and they feel wonderful! I did the same for a similar pair of New Balance as well.

Great shoe for the price! Very comfortable! I wear them with everything all the time! I work out in them and go shopping in them. Love it! My daughter has the matching pair in her size!

This shoe is great! I don't really like running shoes, but when you're running, you pretty much have to wear them. This fits my narrow feet really well, and is just as comfortable as the more expensive NB trail runners. A little warm when it's hot out, but the treads on the bottom are awesome, really good traction and you don't feel rocks or other stuff on the trail.

Like these sneakers. No mesh, so no wind. Nice and wide. So far so good. I love getting new sneakers that fit and these do!

Shoes are a bit wide and not much cushion in the toe area. They run rather small - had to return original to up size. Zappos is great to work with.

I am traveling and camping cross country this winter and needed a comfortable shoe to wear for long periods of time. These have been great. They instantly fit like a favorite old pair of shoes and a bonus is that they don't show dirt.

These shoes are great! I have the gray and pink/lavender ones and I love them. They're true to size and are super comfortable. They look great with a pair of jeans/capris/shorts and I've even worn them with dress slacks when it's raining outside. I like that they're dark enough to not show the dirt as easily, too.

Nice idea, but not for all -
I LOVE the fact that these are manufactured in the United States. They look great. When I tried on the D size, I expected it to be wide, but it was not. Too tight. Also, size 10 should have been plenty big for me as I usually wear 9.5, but it was not. Too tight. There was NO arch support and as I walked my foot actually rolled in with each step. This have never happened with any shoe, even cheap flip flops or sandals. Very strange. With my orthotics in I did not roll in, but still too tight.

Cool style, Comfy shoes. I ordered these shoes at 9:30 one night and they were delivered and on my feet by 4 p.m. the next day. And that's with the regular, free shipping option! I love the super fast shipping at Zappos. Of course, living in the same metro area where they have their warehouse doesn't hurt, but I still read about other people outside the state getting their shoes just as fast, too. But enough about shipping, let's talk about these shoes! They are fantastic. I ordered them in the grey/green combo in size 7.5, medium width. That's my usual New Balance size. These shoes fit great and offer really good support. I bought them because my heels have been hurting me a lot at the end of the day and I need shoes with better support for wearing on my errands and around the house. These shoes fit the bill. My feet already feel better this morning, after just a few hours of wearing them yesterday. They're stylish shoes, too, and will look great with jeans.

These shoes are very comfortable, no break-in time, and the colors are great! But when Newbalance says their shoes are wide, the mean WIDE! My foot just floats around in there! Be sure you need an extra-wide width, otherwise you\'re probably ok with the regular width.

Great shoe! I have a foot injury and standing on my feet all day is painful. I purchased these shoes and was pain free on the first day I wore them. Great support and I even have room to put an extra arch support inside.

I love these shoes and they are true to description except I would say they are not very wide, at least not quite wide enough for my big feet. If you suffer from extremely wide feet these might be uncomfortable for you. If you have only slightly wide feet, they would probably be fine. Zappos sent them very quickly and they were very well packaged.

Absolutely loved my new shoes. I've struggled with crazy high arches and plantar fasciitis for years and hard orthotics. It seemed impossible to find a comfortable pair of walking/running shoes. In desperation I tried a D width, voila! Oh my, my feet have never been happier. I'm still grinning. Thanks NB.

This shoe is great! I purchased it days before going to Europe backpacking. I was nervous because my feet blister very easily and I didn't have much time to break them in. They were fantastic though. I didn't have a single issue with blistering and they stay comfortable all day, even after walking several miles. I also have very wide feet and the wide sizes that New Balance has always fits my feet perfectly. I am now a New Balance lifer, I won't wear any other sneakers. I also got a lot of comments about how cute they are as well.

Have worn New Balance shoes for over ?? years, let's just say more years than I care to remember. Seriously, great shoes, but what is even better is the outstanding service from Zappos. They are accurate, fast shipping, responsive, care about customer satisfaction. Too bad they don't do sales consulting for shoe departments in major stores. But now I have Zappos, thanks!

I am loving these shoes. I ended up buying all three colors. They are quite comfy, but could use a little more cushioning. They are different from the plain ole' white shoe. Love all three for rainy day weather, too. They don't show mud so badly. Tip for muddy paw prints from the fur babies: Let the mud dry and brush away with a dry brush.

Initially comfortable, but then the cause of foot/ankle pain. I purchased these based on my previous satisfaction with the New Balance brand. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with this pair. After only three months I began having foot and ankle pain. The doctor described the sneaker as being nothing more than a slipper, which was the reason for my pain. I have unusually high arches and it wasn't providing sufficient support. Furthermore, the manufacturer excluded an important part, the shank. It s interesting how I spent more money than usual on these pair of sneakers and they ended up being worse than those which are less expensive.

Cute trail shoes. Good support, though those used to extremely supportive shoes will want to supplement. I find these run a little narrower than my other New Balance shoes.

I purchased New Balance WT571. Size was a tad smaller than regular so I needed to go 1/2 size larger. Other than that, the fit is supportive and comfortable and are also orthodic friendly. New Balance is always changing styles so sometimes it is difficult to find a pair that resembles the ones you actually like, but with Zappos it has been relatively easy to find something I like. Plus their easy return is a wonderful thing. I purchase most of my footwear from Zappos. Love these guys! Hopefully now that they have been sold to Amazon they will still maintain their customer friendly attitude. Zappos has always been for their customers and that's why we have stuck with them for years. Hats off to Zappos!
