Heel rubs -
The heel comes up too high and rubbed from the moment I tried them on.
Also the strap on the right shoe was sewn in the wrong place - too close to the toe box. It made that foot look much fatter than the other.
Will send them back.

Big disappointment -
Ouch! The back elastic dug into my heel quite painfully. I have to wear moleskin over the back of my heel now with these shoes. I also thought they would have a more supportive footbed. It is very light and flexible so I don't find it comfortable for walking on hard surfaces on longer walks. It just wasn't the comfortable shoe I was looking for.

I keep trying different Privo styles but they just don't seem to fit me anymore. They used to be my favorite casual shoe but each new style seems to be uncomfortable in a different way. The Jameo is cute, I like that it does not have the rubber sole extending around and over the toe like most of the other Privo styles. But, the strap is stiff and uncomfortable and the front edge cuts into the base of my big toe.

Disappointed -
I love the shoe; however, I realized after wearing them for about two hours that they came up too high on my heels. The shoes rubbed my heels and made a blister on one foot. I was so disappointed because I had already worn them and could not return them. That is when I realized they are actually too big. I wish I had ordered a half size smaller.

Terrific Fit!
These shoes arrived from Zappos within a day of ordering them, even though I only requested standard shipping. They fit my sometimes- problematic feet like a glove (the leather is soft), were exactly the color (pewter) depicted on the computer screen, and look good, too.

This is my third pair of Privos. I love of light weight and comfort of the shoe. The most comfortable Privos I have are the Spangle; the Jameo is second (but still great) and the Fin is my least favorite - also the heaviest. Each style of Privos varies in size. I wear as size 9. Size 9 in Splangle fits great, but I had to get a 9 1/2 in the Jameo and a 10 in the Fin. The only thing I wish Privo would change is the insole. It is a rubber-like material and since my feet perspire, I almost always must wear socks. A leather insole would be more comfortable. And you can’t beat Zappos for fast delivery and guilt-free/hassle-free returns.

 |  | I would like to commend Zappos for the fine service that I receive. My wife has an extremely difficult foot to fit and because of Zappos she is able to order shoes online. We have been extremely satisfied with the service and one day service that is provided. She wears a 9.5 in a 4A.
