Process of ordering was quick and easy. Package arrived in a timely fashion. Loved the shoes. Clarks are great! Although when it Europe, the Clarks UK line have a lot more fashionable shoes for women who actually have to walk and stay on their feet a lot during the day. I guess European women walk more??? It would be nice to see more of those STYLISH, comfortable shoes available in the US.

A great shoe! I ordered a half size larger and have been wearing them a lot. They are comfortable and cute, good for dressing up or down. The painted lines on the inside end up all over my foot at the end of the day but otherwise no serious complaints. Considering getting them in another color.

Very cute shoe. Received many compliments. Fit was great right from the beginning, felt true to size and extremely comfortable. I have rheumatoid arthritis and can experience difficulty, but not so with these. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome! So cute and comfortable, and easily adjustable with the buckles over the instep and around the ankle. I get lots of compliments on these. My only concern is that I wish the heel were a tiny bit higher -- just because I like sandals with a bit of heel, and these are really flat -- and the leather at the very front of the shoe is already starting to get a bit scuffed with all the outdoor walking I do (I've had the shoes about two months). But I really love these shoes, and would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Poorly made for price-upper strap was hard leather and needed to be lined-rubbed foot. Plastic buckles were difficult to get into holes in hard leather ankle strap. At this price, I feel the manufacturer should have lined them.

Footbed leather in front is too soft -
I agree with the other reviewers. But I was only 4 blocks away from my apartment with my brand new shoes on when the front ridge of the shoe was destroyed as it grazed the flat sidewalk during totally normal forward walking. The footbed leather is very soft and when this happened it shredded, revealing white powdery interior. Another reviewer here noted that the toe is too long, and I would say also that the leather is very soft and seems to be vulnerable. It must be said that ZAPPOS.COM is great and has already sent me another pair to try out! Let's hope it doesn't happen again.

I love these shoes! I bought them in red in a half size larger than I normally wear because I have another pair of Clarks that ran small. Also, the red shoe wasn't available in my size. They fit great and they are very comfortable. The wedge is so small that it feels like I'm wearing flats.

Comfy sandals -
They were comfy from "the get go"! I ordered in red and I love the purple accent stitching and buckles. They look a little retro and I like that!

Red Indigo Shoes -
I love these shoes! I got the red & the hardware is purple - 2 of my favorite colors! I have duck shaped feet (without webs), narrow heels & wider at the toes. Most shoes in my size, 9 1/2B, are too "baggy", but these are perfect!!!

Vintage-Inspired Cute Shoe!
This is a great little summer sandal. They're great for wearing with dresses. They are more comfortable than most flat sandals... but Clarks usually are. They have a little wiggle room for your toes (might be a problem for narrow feet). I had a little trouble with the instep rubbing, but I fixed it with a little moleskin stuck inside and had no chaffing since.

They fit great, but the white definitely is NOT white!
The description says white. The photo looks white. The shoes are actually CREAM/OFF-WHITE! I'm keeping them because they're cute and I'll find something to wear them with, but I was looking for white sandals. That's not what these are!

Comfy & Cute Shoes!
I have pretty sensitive feet and have a lot of trouble finding shoes that are both comfortable and somewhat cute. I love the look of these shoes and they're pretty comfortable for the style, though they have little arch support. I walk around at work and in the city a lot, and so far these shoes have been great, and I've had few issues with breaking them in. I also got upgraded to overnight shipping, which was a plus!

Chic spring shoe -
The shoe is the whole package, uniquely stylish and super comfy. Has enough shock absorption to enable long city walks. I was concerned they might rub along the sides when I first got them, but wore them everyday for a week without any blisters.

Great sandal!
These are very cute and I can tell I will be wearing them all the time. Like a lot of sandals they are a tiny bit tight in some areas and I can tell it will take a few days to wear them in. The toe also seems just a little too long, but overall the fit is great. I am one of those people that's a size 9, but sometimes an 8 1/2 and the 9s were perfect.
