I have to admit I\'m a Nordstrom shopper at heart! I was comparing prices online for nike shoes and was pleasantly surprised to find the same shoe at Zappos for $30.00 less. Free shipping and no sales tax! 365- day return policy, are you kidding me? It\'s for real, and my picky 7 year old wears this shoe almost every day to school.

My daughter loves these shoes. Very comfortable and true to size and width. She wears them everyday to school and they hold up great.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
