Love the look of these shoes, they are super cute, but a bit narrow for me. I ordered 11B. I could have used a wide width, but with some wear, hope to break them in. The leather is nice and the shoe is well made.

So cute! Ordered my regular shoe size in the red suede and need a half size smaller. I just read other reviews and will return rather than get a different size. A little pricey to take a chance on suede not being good quality.

I got these for an outdoor wedding and they were perfect - simple but dressy. Comfortable to wear from 2 o\'clock to 11:00. A little more arch support would have been good. Good traction for a dressy shoe, but not made for doing the twist - no slide. I know I\'ll wear these a lot.

Cute shoe. The fit is a little tight so you might want to go up a 1/2 size. The pewter color as a hint of rose to the color.

The wide version of these shoes is not really wide. My feet were falling out of the sides and they looked awful, which was too bad because the shoe looked totally cute in my hand!

Much shinier than appears in photo; has Metallic finish. This is a very stylish ballet flat with a nicely cushioned insole. Quite comfortable, though it runs a little big, so I had to return.

I wear a 6.5 W and ordered a 7W after reading your reviews. The 7W was too small, pinchy. I love the look and will return them for a 7.5W which is a full size over what I normally get.

These shoes are great! I usually am a fan of the Tory Burch flats but I must say these are 10 times more comfortable! They break in nicely and they are true to size, great for the working woman who would rather be styling in flats than heels.

Nice shoe. Well made but very narrow. I have slim feet but it was too narrow even for me. Very pinchy. I have to them send back.

I love these ballet flats. I'm very picky about ballet flats: I look for style, comfort, non-skid soles, they have to fit my small feet and last but not least, they cannot have toe cleavage. All of my conditions were met with the Ginny flats. They are really tight at first, but after about 2 weeks they molded perfectly to my feet. I'm very confused why this shoe got such low ratings because this shoe is the perfect ballet flat.

These shoes are so cute. They work great with slacks and jeans and with dresses. Unfortunately, they are really uncomfortable. The soles are hard with strange, oddly placed little balls of cushioning. However, once I bought gell inserts to wear inside the shoes, they became quite comfortable to wear. I like them enough that I am planning to buy another pair in a different color.

I love these shoes. I have been trying to find a replacement for my very comfortable Michael Shannon (Off Broadway brand) flats and these are almost identical, but with more support and a bit more structure. The fit is just right and the style works well with pants and skirts alike. Comfortable, cute, and reasonably priced. And I got them in one day!

Not comfortable -
I ordered the brown suede in 7.5 Wide. I found the inside of the shoe really plastic-y and hard, and was not comfortable, especially since I wouldn't wear socks in these. The edge of the toebox touching the top of my foot was kind of cutting in, and the material didn't feel like it would ever get worn in. The suede looked already stained and worn when I got them. I was disappointed since I really liked the look of these shoes. I ended up with Born Adele instead.

The bronze foil color is very unique in this shoe, they're adorable with dark skinny jeans or a dress. Unfortunately, the foil comes off pretty easily if you scrape the shoes on anything, so they don't stay looking new for long unless you're extra careful (don't go clubbing in them like I did!). The stiffness and squeakiness does wear off after you break them in a bit. No toe cleavage is a plus. I've bought Fitzwell before and been very happy with the comfort, but I found this particular shoe to be less comfortable than I expected. The arch support isn't great; they hurt a bit if you stand or walk in them for a whole day, but they're great for a night out, and get more comfortable the more you break them in. I ordered a half size up. If anything, go big cause you'll be in a world of hurt if they squeeze your foot right off the bat. Overall, I love the look of the shoe and find it worth the few cons.

I had to return these shoes, because they were so uncomfortable. Even though I ordered them in a wide size, they still really hurt the top of my feet. They are beautiful, but I could not keep them, unfortunately.

Not as happy as I thought I would be, but I'm keeping them. I like them. Kind of narrow is the only thing, and I even ordered them wide, but I think after wearing for a while they will adjust to my foot. They are really cute and stylish.

I have the pewter version. They look nice, but are not great quality. The pewter finish peels off with regular wear so I have black spots on the back near the heel. The inner sole has also peeled more than a shoe of this price should. They are not as comfortable as something called "Fitzwell" should be. The heel insert just hurts after a while.

Squeaky shoes.
The pewter color in this shoe is quite shiny and metallic - it really stands out brightly. The shoes are stiff and noisy (squeaky), but perhaps with wear, they will quiet down a bit. Nice touch to add a bag for the shoes to keep them neat when traveling.

Cute But Narrow Shoe -
When I opened the box I was happy to see how fashionable these shoes were. Unfortunately they were too narrow for my 5 1/2 wide feet. I thought about getting a 6 wide but then they'd be too long.

Just like the title says..."GREAT BASIC BLACK FLAT" and it adds a little something different with the designs on the toe. I love how its cute and "normal" with a little something extra. Check it out!

Adorable, but not too comfy to stand in for a living, I guess between the name "Fitzwell" and the price... I expected fantabulous.

Pretty in bronze -
I was looking for flats in a bronze color and these fit the bill nicely. However, the leather seems stiff and the insole doesn't have much arch support or padding. For this type of flat, I do prefer the brand "Me Too" but, as to the color ... these are nice.

Those shoes look very nice/elegant for everyday use. Look good in jeans, or skirts. They are comfortable. Yet, the back of the shoe might end up hurting your foot, especially if you need to walk long distances in the first few days. When it softens though, it is a really convenient choice.

 | | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old sons day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boys and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best. I know when youre a kid you don't want to wait for new shoes, now my son knows you don't have to. Nancy N. | | ~ Nancy N., September 23 2009
