I love ICON and they have not had this style for some time. They look great, but are not terribly comfortable. The raised ridge on the sides rub against my foot. This is my overall experience with ICON - beautiful shoes that are not tops with comfort.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online. Zappos translated that old time service to the internet, and even improved that quality service. And a young shoe store guy told me about your company. |  | ~ , August 30 2009
