Cute and versatile shoe -
I bought these in the light pink, which a color that goes with almost everything spring/summer. It is a very cute shoe and makes my size 9 feet appear (at least somewhat) petite. I did get a blister on my right heel the first time I wore them, but no problems since then. I think the back is just a tad tight and may soften up as I wear them more. I like that there is a slight heel on the shoe, which makes it fairly comfortable to wear all day walking around NYC.

Great shoe, slightly wider than marked -
The only problem I have with this shoe is that it is slightly wider than it is marked. Otherwise, this is an extremely comfortable shoe. The wideness doesn't make it unwearable, but if you were to have a narrow foot and bought a regular width shoe, you probably couldn't wear this. It's very attractive and the sole is extremely comfortable. I'm almost flat-footed so most shoes hurt my feet no matter what, but these are extremely comfortable.

Very cute & very comfy -
I love ballet flats, but they really aren't supportive enough. These shoes work well as a not-quite-ballet-flat-but-much-more-supportive shoe. I got it in the light pink patent, which is close to a nude color and will be perfect for spring. I am considering ordering in the gray metallic leather as well.

Like the shoes, issues to resolve though...
I bought this shoe in black and grey. I put the black on with hose and they felt good. I took the hose off and the back of the shoe rubbed against my right heel. I had to put a band aid on my heel hoping the rubbing would get better. Jury is still out since I have not worn them since. Also, the right shoe seemed a bit tight at the base of my big toe (small bunion) but they are adjustable so, this should help. I am hoping these issues resolve as I wear them more.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
