I love Converse. In fact, it's really the only shoe I wear. The Star Play EV Suede Ox are magnificent. Comfortable, durable and of course, extremely good looking. What's more is that I received them overnight from my friends at Zappos. Couldn't ask for more.

Cute shoes! Takes a while to break in, but so cute and fashionable! Love 'em! Also comes with maroon laces.

My only qualms about this shoe is that it runs a tad bigger than most other shoes the same size from other brands. But perhaps that's just a Converse thing that as a newbie I wasn't aware of. It's nothing major, probably a half size large. Otherwise, I dig the styling of the shoe. It's like the old school Chuck Taylors, but with a bit more flair because of the Converse logos on the side. I'm a fan of that extra touch, as I like the star logo flanking my kicks.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Chuck Taylors for the "star logo" haters...

I love these sneakers and I get a lot of compliments on them. They are very well built and comfortable. They are probably slightly large to size, but not so much that you'd need to go a size smaller.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
