Cute shoe. Ankle strap way too long. I have not decided if I am going to keep or not. I am going to take to a shoe repair and see if it is worth fixing. Such a long strap I cannot wear them.

Very pretty and flattering shoe in the red suede. Received several compliments when worn to a wedding party. Runs true to size. Wore it the first time for 6 hours and it rubbed a blister on little toe. Probably would not have if I had worn stockings.

Absolutely loving this flat! The shape makes my feet look neat and the cut of the shoe makes it much more comfortable to walk in. The size 11.5 are a perfect fit. The strap is a bit too long, but extra holes could be added easily! I get lots of compliments when I wear them. I have them in leopard, red suede, and now black. Awesome purchase.

I really like these shoes, but beware, the toe is pretty square. It's something you can't really tell from the pictures. But they are stylish, comfortable and a worthy purchase.

I really liked the shape of these shoes and how delicate they look. I was looking for some simple black flats and these seemed to be the perfect find, but after a couple of wears, they hurt my feet too much. I would keep them and try them out for a bit longer, but for the same price I can get better shoes. So disappointed. But on that note: Zappos is the best for letting me return them and making the process so smooth. Thank you!

Great to find shoes like this in my size - comfortable yet sexy. Found them to be more comfortable with the ankle strap removed. Liked the low cut style.

Totally adorable shoe! Got it in the purple color, awesome! Flexible shoe, with strap that could be taken out and ribbon or other fabric put through; can be personalized. Classic flat but still tons of fun! Great price and with Zappos totally rockin' customer service and super fast shipping, you just can't beat it!

These were ordered for my 9 yr. old who now wears a size 6 womens. I actually ordered 2 sizes to make sure of the fit. These shoes showed me that in a matter of one month, my kid's feet had grown another size! So you could say that they are true to size. They are very cute! So I will definitely order more of this brand. Unfortunately, with our hot, humid weather, blisters occurred. So they've really got to get broken in with thick socks. The construction of the shoe is stiff. Another down side is that for a child, the ankle straps are too long. But that can be remedied by taking it to a shoe repair and shortening the strap and making extra holes.What's the use of ordering it if you're not going to use the cute strap? It's a flat shoe all right, so there is no arch support. But they are bendable and that's important to my daughter's growing feet and me.

Not only did these shoes look really cute on, but held up during a long shift at work. I will definitely get this shoe in other colors for the Fall!! And Zappos sent expedited the order to me UPS Next Day, which I really appreciated!

Not what I thought...
With all the great reviews this shoe has received I was so very excited to get a pair. Unfortunately they were not what I thought. I didn't realize the toe was as square as it is. That's really my only complaint. Well, also the fact that the strap is waaaay too long. You'd have to have monstrous ankles for that to fit. Other than that it's a cute shoe, nice lines to it. I ordered my size but in the wide, which I never have done before but did so based on the recommendations of others. I have no doubt that if I had ordered it in the M it would have been too tight, so I agree, it runs narrow.

I ordered these in red suede. They are very cute shoes. They were a lot stiffer on my first wearing than I had hoped. They cut my heels up pretty badly. They have softened a lot since then. They are comfortable, now that I have broken them in, and very nice looking. I wish they offered a bit more padding so that they could be worn for longer periods of time. I also wish they were not so wide. I have average feet and ordered them in medium width, but the sides gap slightly. Not terribly, but enough for me to notice. I also noticed that the ankle strap seems to be the one that matches the more maroon-ish red, they did not make a different strap to go with the bright red of the suede. Overall I think it is a decent shoe in the perfect shade of red. Some issues, but better than a lot of shoes that I have looked at.

Overall, a good shoe. I just bought these and am pretty pleased overall. These are quite flat (which is fine for me. Flat shoes are very comfortable for me personally) so if you are looking for a flat shoe with a decent amount of padding, these are not for you, unless you put extra inserts in them. The suede is okay. I love the look of the black suede, but the quality could be a little better. I'm going to keep these because overall, the look is great, but I don't think these are the most impressive quality flats. I would say, wear them inside and if you are just out and about, but don't do a lot of walking in them and don't expect them to hold up forever.

Even in 12 these make my feet look dainty BUT they do pinch a little at the widest part of my feet up by the head of the metatarsals on both sides, big toe and pinky. It won't likely stop me from wearing them, but it did stop me from buying a second pair.

These were very fitted on my feet, so that it felt like it squeezed my feet as I walked around. The sides immediately began to hurt, so a wider size might help. Also, the lack of any cushioning (unlike the other GR flats I had) indicated that they would be less than comfortable after an extended amount of time walking. Too bad, they look so cute.

Very cute and flattering. Goes well with different skirt lengths. Will look great with cropped skinny jeans. They're flat and structureless so the word "comfort" is interpretive. The sole is soft and flexible. I thought the ankle strap might rub before I broke them in, but no band aids were needed, a relief. The only reason I didn't give comfort a 5-star is that the insole is scalloped which looks cute, but would be more comfortable if smooth. The low cut is obvious in photos so if your feet aren't wide you shouldn't have a problem.

I looked all over for navy flats and I am so glad I found these. However, the first time I wore them they really hurt my feet. They are cut so low on the sides that they rubbed into the widest part of my foot and irritated my skin. But the next time I wore them they fit perfectly. My only major complaint is that I followed the advice of some reviews I ordered a full size up, and the shoes were huge. After trying another half size down, I finally ordered my actual size, and they fit fine. I plan to order another pair. Thanks.

Very pretty and comfortable shoe. Low cut look is kind of sexy and feminine. Runs a bit short so I had to reorder a 1/2 size larger. (Zappos customer service took care of my reorder and return with amazing speed and ease.) This shoe is about as flat as possible and that is its only problem. There isn't enough heel to protect the lower part of the back of the shoe. I ordered two pair (black patent and red) only a couple of weeks ago. Both are already scuffed at the lower back. I hope the designer will consider adding a bit more heel to avoid this problem in future designs.

Not for narrow feet.
I ordered these a few days ago in hopes that I could wear them to an upcoming wedding. Sadly, I had to return them. I have narrow feet, and they were too wide at the back for my tiny feet. I even ordered a size down. I was disappointed, because they were so cute! But, they were well made. No arch support what so ever.

I bought these shoes thinking that they would be a nice everyday shoe. Well after two weeks of trying to break them in I have nothing but blisters and sore feet. These are not comfortable at all.

I like got them in teal and like totally love them. I'm 15 and like am totally hard on shoes. These held up good. I wear them like all the time. Getting pretty like totally wrecked, but I don't care; wear them anyway. Will buy way more.

These shoes are really flattering and adorable. I ordered one pair in my size and one pair 1/2 size larger. The larger one was perfect; the smaller, way to tight. The strap is too long but that is easy to correct. The strap is also a matching patent leather but I think that makes the shoe a bit funky! There is no arch support in this shoe so I will not wear it when I plan to walk long distances.

As soon as I saw these shoes in the teal color at Zappos I knew they were just what I wanted to wear to a brunch at a small Washington museum in August. I was not disappointed! The shoes have very graceful lines and the leather is exquisite. Just the right amount of toe cleavage, too, in my opinion. My outfit consisted of a white silk and linen skirt, and a white pique jacket with a pattern of scattered colorful blossoms and leaves, the latter in a shade of teal. When the size 10 shoes (my normal size) arrived and I tried them on, they felt a little snug around the left big toenail, but that toenail is a somewhat enlarged and misshapen. I immediately fell in love with the shoes, though: They were exactly right for the outfit, color match, proportion, style, everything, and that I really wanted to keep them. Nevertheless, I reread the reviews, and decided I'd better order the 10.5 to compare the fit. The second pair arrived the next day (thank you, Zappos!) but I ended up keeping the 10. The 10.5 gapped and was a little too long, after all, it's not my regular size. I found that the leather had enough give that the size 10 fit comfortably within an hour. I would not plan to walk very far in them, but for looking pretty-pretty at an event that involved both standing and sitting, they were just fine all morning. Some reviewers have noted that the straps were too long. I found this to be true in my case. I took the straps to a cobbler (as some others have suggested doing) and he added a few more holes to each. Voila. I received many, many, many compliments on these shoes. I am so glad to have found them!

I ordered these in the wide width, and they were just perfect! I agree with what others have said, the ankle strap is a little long, I have thick ankles, and I have it on the very last hole. You can also remove the strap and replace it with a ribbon, which is even cuter.

This is a gorgeous shoe. It has the most fashionable look with the low cut sides and the option of using the ankle strap or not. \r\n\r\n I have to send mine back due to fit issues. I wear a true 8.5 wide. After reading the reviews about the shoe running small I ordered a 9 wide. Ordering a half size up was not enough. I thought I would post this to help those with wider feet make a better call on what size to get. I am going to try a full size larger (9.5 wide) and I feel like that will make all the difference.\r\n\r\n\r\n
