I have gotten many compliments on these shoes. I ordered both the black and gold. The fit is perfect and the look is classic. I wish there were other colors to choose from. And thanks so much for the quick delivery!

The shoe has a very nice tailored look, and the two tones of the patent and kid black add a nice subtle touch to any business wear. I wear an EE, but I think the shoe was a bit narrow in comparison to other EE's. However, seeing as how I'm used to cramming my foot into a medium width shoe (ah, what we do for fashion!), it's still relatively comfortable. Good shoe, no complaints.

Good Basic Work Shoe -
This is a really nice work shoe. Very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that the strap should have a hole or two more for adjusting. Otherwise, a great shoe.

Good looking shoe -
This shoe is very professional and stylish--it is a good work shoe. However, at the end of the day, it is not the most comfortable. It doesn't have any padding on the ball of my foot and that gets pretty uncomfortable, but I am used to suffering for cute shoes, so I'll suffer. The width is very good--I got WW and it is true to width.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
