Not for high arches -
I couldn't even get this shoe on my foot. I have a high arch, and it didn't fit at all. I'll be sending them back.

Very comfortable shoe!
I have been wearing this shoe for running on the treadmill for the past month and it is like running on a cloud! Very comfortable and easy wearing shoe. No shoe strings that could potentially come untied. A great shoe for the gym!

Very uncomfortable shoe -
I love the look of this shoe, but it's really uncomfortable. There is a tight band that goes across the top of the foot and cuts into the top of my foot while running. These shoes horribly bruise the tops of my feet from repeated stress against the overly-tight and unreasonably inflexible shoe top, but I didn't know that until I'd worn them once running so couldn't return them. So disappointing and painful!

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
