Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support

Looks better online - The shoe is a very generous fit. I thought I loved the pattern but it looks more artificial in actuality than online. It is, however, very comfortable, so I hope to play it off w/ the right ensemble!

Other brands recommended by reviewer: stuart weitzman;s absolutely fabulous mules! fantastic!

	Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order. Thanks so much for having such solid, customer-forward practices, for making things so easy, and for having the best customer service on or off the internet.
