Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked

Size not consistent -
Ordered these based on size of the similar "Charlie" style Clarks shoe that I already owned. These feel smaller and I am hoping they eventually break in. Left also feels smaller than the right. Did not have this issue with the last pair. Would have ordered larger size or selected wide style.

These have proven to be as durable, comfortable and supportive as my Mephisto Firmin, which are currently being rebuilt. I am on my feet for 12 hours, and the soreness has been minimized, recovery time is quick. They also look pretty stylish, enough to work with a suit and tie. So, why not get the job done for 1/3 the cost of the Mephisto?

Great shoes -
My husband bought these for a trip to Europe and found them to be the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. Fit was true to size, they are very lightweight but durable. We walked miles. They looked great with jeans, khaki’s, and black parachute pants, also looked fine at night with Dockers.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
