Shoe Arch: No arch support
Leather is kind of worn out but it's supposed to be that way. Velcro is a bit difficult but besides that very comfortable and warm boots.

 |  | Placed an order for a new pair of boots on Thursday around 4p.m. and I received the boots on Friday around 4 p.m. Loved the new boot, and the great service beats looking for a parking space at the mall. No hassle or time consuming shopping.
