Zappos works for our family, they always have the size and the style we are looking for and the excellent customer service makes the company a pleasure to use. The NIKE shox are a stylish comfortable shoe and my son really likes wearing them. I use Zappos because it is so convenient and saves me hours of time, I used to drive from store to store looking for the right shoe and size. Now, I sit in the comfort of my home and wait for my merchandise to appear the NEXT DAY.

Fantastic -
I am 44 with a small narrow foot and live in heels. These fit well and feel like I have a heeled shoe on so I don't get the major leg pains that I got from flatter sneakers.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
