First, I got to say that Zappos employees are the best! These North Face slippers are very good; they're comfortable and so far very durable! And warm. Only one negative: they are a little difficult to put on, but they may still stretch out a little which will help. Overall, very nice slippers and I would buy again!

Such outstanding service like this is extremely rare, and just wanted to let you folks know how much I appreciate it.
