Fashionable and Functional -
The Lactose Repels are the most expensive tennis shoes I have ever owned. I bought them to use as court shoes for racquetball. They are rather comfortable and have a good amount of grip. They are also some of the coolest pairs of shoes I have owned and look nothing like what most people wear for court shoes. Their only downfall is that they are relatively heavy compared to other brands. Overall, an awesome pair of shoes to look good and play well in.

Great looking shoe -
I'm 6'3", 200lbs and size 13. This shoe fits true to size. I love the look of this shoe and would be comfortable wearing it either as a tennis shoe or a casual shoe, although, I've got the white ones and when I wear them as casual shoes my wife calls me Jerry Seinfeld. Very comfortable shoe even though it feels like there is a bit less cushioning under foot than most modern tennis shoes. My only criticism is it doesn't breathe as well as other shoes I've had, my feet tend to sweat in these when they don't as much in other shoes, they also take a while to dry out so get a bit smellier than most shoes.

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
