I bought these for my husband and he loves them although he is jealous that I bought a pair of North Face that have Gore Tex because my feet stay dry. He did say he still would have bought these because they are very helpful with his over pronating so he says if that's your issue, get with these shoes.

the main reason I check zappos first when I am shopping is their amazing service. this time I ordered the mizuno wave ascend 4 trail running shoes, have used them several times and find them light weight, comfortable, and very good traction on the dirt trails.
