Fun and cute -
This shoe is really adorable (my daughter has a pair too). I have always loved Converse, but unfortunately they aren't the most comfortable shoe. They are fine for awhile, but after a lot of walking my feet start to hurt. They really could use a little extra padding and support. They also seem a little narrow. I bought for the look, not because I thought they would be the most comfortable.

Before you put these on your feet, invest in a good pair of insoles with arch support. Once you do, and you wear them for the first time, you won't want to take them off! They breathe and fit better than any other higher price kicks I own, and EVERYONE smiles when they see them. But seriously, they do not afford even one bit of comfort on their own, so buy some insoles so that you won't be disheartened with them after wearing them for a day and your feet are screaming at you!

Even though the product has changed from organic and made in the US to made of none organic and made in another country, none can compare to the almighty Chuck Taylor. The look is great, but if you’re looking for a comfy fit this is not for you. Narrow footed folks, this is up your alley.

They're Chuck's! Doesn't get any better than that!
For the most part, if you're buying these, you already have a pair or have worn them in the past so you know what Chucks are all about. If you're looking for extreme comfort, this isn't it unless you add a gel insole. Any insole really will do the trick. But overall these are classic shoes, I love the pairs that I own and hopefully will collect more of them in the future.

Your basic retro high top sneaker. I like the way they look and wear them as a funky sort of ankle boot with cropped trousers. These are not padded like athletic shoes and have no arch support. I am on my feet all day and wish the soles were more cushioned. Luckily they are large enough that they accommodate a gel insert.

My son loves these Hi tops. Putting them on can be a hassle because of all the laces. The white sole gets dirty immediately. I'll buy the black leather ones next time. Love the way they look!!

My favorite shoes!
I bought these in pink. When I wear them I get lots of compliments on them. I love that they have the half sizes. As typical with Converse there is little to no arch support. I bought a pair of good insoles and that works just fine. For women's sizes if you use the insoles, order your regular shoe size...otherwise you might want to go half a size smaller cuz they run a bit big.

There is very little arch support in this shoe. If you have an orthotic insert, then it is fine, but without one, it is like walking on concrete.

I Love Chuck -
This is my first pair of all black Chucks. Just like the traditional black and whites, they run large, so just like Zappos says, order a size smaller. Because of the lack of modern shoe technology, I put Spenco basic insoles in them. This helps them fit me better and provide me with all day wearability. I am A BIG Dude, so these can be a little hard on my feet. EVERYONE should have at least one pair of these in their closet.

These are the classic high tops that all the kids in L.A. wear with dresses and jeans. They are funky, stylish and easy to wear, and they look even better as they get older. They tend to run large, so I always buy a half size smaller than what I normally wear.

Natural Whites -
Ordered the Natural whites yesterday and they are on a FedEx truck for delivery today. Last time I ordered the natural whites, they came with natural white laces and regular white lace. I like both to change them up a little. This will be my 68th pair of Chucks, although I have 2 other pairs of the natural whites. Inserts work real well with wearing these. I wear my normal size because of the inserts.

I just got the red Converse All Stars, I own 3 pairs now. They are lightweight, comfortable and cheap enough to own several different colors. If you need arch support I suggest a pair of insoles, these have virtually no arch support. These are a great looking shoe; I always get compliments when I wear them.
