Great Shoe!
I am a HUGE fan of Dansko's! I have several pairs of the professional clogs, sandals, and dress heels. These shoes provide wonderful support to my wide, flat feet. I am a nurse and wear the clogs all day without foot, leg or back pain. I like the Cabrio style since it looks more professional and looks better with dress pants. It's doesn't stretch like the professional oiled clogs, so how it fits the first time is how it will stay. I generally wear a 9W and order the size 40 and have never had a problem. The price is worth the purchase. I ordered these to replace my 6 year old clogs. And the great service from Zappos is makes purchasing a breeze.

This is my first pair of Danskos and I think I made a great decision to purchase them. They are very comfortable and have really good arch support. One thing I did notice is that I normally wear a 7.5 to an 8 but I had to get the size equivalent to a size 39.

Great teacher shoe!
I'm on my feet all day, running around slippery floors in my art room. These are the only shoes I can wear to work without my feet killing me at the end of the day. Not the greatest looking with a skirt, but very functional!

I was looking for a shoe that I could wear on the weekends. I wanted a shoe that would look nice with my casual weekend clothes and that would be comfortable to walk around all day if need be. The first weekend I wore them I went on a trip and wore them the entire weekend! They are extremely comfortable and look nice with casual clothes. I recommend them and want to get more colors!

A standout shoe - I work on my feet and I used to have lower back and neck pain. It was suggested that I find shoes that provide better support. My quest brought me to Dansko Professional Clogs. I already wore clogs, so the basic style was familiar. However, this style and brand immediately felt better and continued to feel great all day long. I know it sounds like a paid testimonial (it's not!), but since I started wearing these clogs my back and neck pain have ceased. Amazing! So I'm hooked. I own this shoe in several colors and wear them most of the time. A bonus is that I frequently get compliments on these clogs, particularly from other people who also work on their feet all day, and are presumably on the lookout for an attractive and high-quality shoe. I recommend them without reservations.

The shoe is wonderful. Be aware that they are hand stapled so the fit may not be just right. It took me 2 pairs to get the right fit. I did have a problem with the soles squeaking. Zappos was very accommodating with returns and replacements. The shoe was recommended by my foot doctor and it has truly helped with my feet. I have several other pairs of Danskos and they are equally as wonderful.

Love the Cabrio - I have several pairs of Danskos and love them all. They are very comfortable. The last pair of black Cabrio that I had, I wore out, but I had them forever. I will absolutely buy another pair.

Love them - I wear out my Professionals pretty fast because they are my shoe of choice for miles of daily dog walking and dog training. I've had the oiled finish before. These are my first pair of Cabrios and I love the firmer feel. They also seem to be cut a smidge higher on the instep. Same fit as my other pairs and I love them!

I really loved your service it was easy and quick and with my busy schedule I didn't have to take time to drive anywhere I order online on Friday and Monday they were at my door. Got these and have been wearing them for 3 months now still trying to break them in but it just doesn't work. My feet and legs are always tired and ache at the end of my shift. Wish they were more comfy like others said.

Great comfy shoe - This shoe is as great as mentioned in the above posts. At first, it takes some getting used to the whole "your heels slips in and out of the shoe at the back" part, but then you realize a level of freedom in a full back shoe that you could never have imagined. It really only took 2-3 days to break in, so I wore it around the house just in case - but I love them and have been wearing them ever since. I am a resident physician so I have lots of walking to do on call and these work great with both scrubs and professional attire. I can't wait to buy a pair in patent leather! It only loses one "look" star because, well, they aren't pumps. Pumps are the ultimate in fashion - but who can wear those when you have a 30 hr day!?

Great for teaching -
I'm a Kindergarten teacher who spends all day on my feet. I was having terrible back pain at night until a friend introduced me to Dansko. This is my second pair of Danskos professional. I own the cabrio and the black. I did have to order up a size when I purchased these.

As always, I love this professional line of shoes. This is my fourth pair of Danskos and I recommend them to anyone on their feet 8-16 hours a day. These shoes reduce fatigue and leg pain. I swear by them. I have converted at least 6 other nurses and they too swear by them.

Long Term Dansko Wearers Beware -
Dansko used to be consistent with their sizing and fit. I've worn these shoes for 10 years and tried on dozens of pairs in the past month - none of them are the same. More often than not the size I've worn for 10 years is now too small. Maybe my feet have grown but they still fit the Danskos I've had the same, and the other alarming factor that I'm finding is the arch support is oddly placed in some shoes and not in others. I have over 6 pairs of these that I've purchased online over the past 10 years - they have all fit every time the same way. Now I can't find a pair that hardly fits at all. What a shame and what the heck did Dansko do? Long time customer... having to find other shoes now.

My first pair of Cabrios were brown and I loved them so much that I had to buy them in black. They can be a bit hard to wear at first until your feet get used to them but after about the 3rd wear, you will not want to wear anything else. I wear them with tights, skirts, jeans, you name it. I will be ordering more DANSKOS!

A Classic - These Danskos are my standby shoes for fall and winter – and cooler days in spring and summer too! When I got them, they were snug across my instep, but after a few wearings, they feel great. Almost every woman I know has at least one pair of Danskos. I wear these for long days of shopping or running after my 3 year old. They're awesome.

Comfortable and good looking, but a little stiff - I have worn other regular Danskos all my professional life. The difference with the leather is that it feels a little "unyielding" in the beginning. I'm sure that will pass with more wear though. I think you should order a half size bigger than you normally wear.

I have had Dansko clogs before and happily wore them into the ground. These were my replacement purchase. I don't know what they changed at Dansko, but these shoes started squeaking like mad rubber mice with every step after a few weeks of wearing. I wear them anyway, since they are pretty comfortable and easy, but it's kind of embarrassing. They also fit tighter than the previous pair, though that could be because my feet got wider.

Wonderful standing shoes -
I can be on these shoes for a 10+ hour work day and my feet don't hurt by the end of the day. Not as comfortable for walking long distances (tops of toes tend to rub tops of shoes in both pairs I've had) but as with all shoes, socks are everything.

Love these!!
I got these shoes because I work on my feet all day but have to wear "dressy" shoes. They look great and are so comfy!! They were a little tight over the top of my foot at first but broke right in and are my favorites now!

These are the best fitting, most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever worn. They run true to size and the arch support is just right. Plenty of room for my orthotics too. I can put these lightweight shoes on early in the morning and wear them 'til late at night. So great in fact that I'm ordering a second pair. Highly recommend both the shoes and Zappos, whose service it outstanding.

Shoe is too tight - I work at a hospital and everyone wears Danskos. I was excited to finally get a pair and I really wanted these: the Cabrios in the reddish brown color. When I got them (a size larger than I typically wear, as was suggested) they were extremely difficult to put on. I had to push with all my weight to get my foot inside. Then, once they were on, my toes would go numb after 20 minutes. I thought maybe I could power through this to stretch them out but a co-worker of mine said the same thing happened to her and she powered through and wore them everyday despite the tightness and ended up with a nerve palsy that took months to heal. So I took them in to a store that sells Danskos and they said that with the Cabrios it was pretty common that people brought them back for being too tight. I tried on a size larger just to check and they were huge so I just ended up exchanging them for a different style (can't remember the name but it was with oiled leather and I could immediately feel the difference- they were so comfortable). So in the end I love the style Danskos that I ended up with, they are extremely comfortable and supportive and I wear them daily – but not the Cabrios.
