I had been searching locally for a lightweight trail shoe with a flexible sole as I do a lot of hiking and my hiking boots don't do to well on rocks. I wear a size 10.5 Narrow which for those of you who share this curse know it's next to impossible to find much of anything. I was immediately attracted to this style. Although I've never owned any Columbia shoes, I've been a fan of their clothing for years. I have owned all the major brands: New Balance, Adidas, Reebocks, Nikes (in recent years most loyal to Nikes), but I must admit, none of them has fit so well or been as comfy as these Columbias, even with my narrow feet! There's plenty of room to just lace them up tighter. Overall the shoe seems very sturdy, with excellent tread and good support. I love them!

Good hiking shoes - Lightweight, non-slip and comfortable. Great hiking shoes. It could have more cushion inside, but with thick socks it was comfortable enough. I usually wear size 8; 8 Wide for sneakers. So I ordered 8.5. Fits nicely.

I have been on this wonderful earth for 81 years and I have never seen a company try so hard to please as you have, not only do you try to please, you please.
