Great Bag -
I got this bag as a basic carry all and to carry my laptop. It's perfect. Easy on the shoulder and super cure.

Great Bag!!!
I love this bag - even cuter than the pictures. I was afraid it might not stay on my shoulder, as some double handle totes seem to slide off (at least one of the straps usually do), but the "sticky" patent leather helps with these and it stays put. The leather is VERY soft, not stiff. I got the fuchsia color, and it's beautiful! The liner inside also snaps in, so you can take it out and clean it, which is nice.

 |  | I must say, I'm always impressed with the service I receive from your company. Regarding my recent order...it's a funny story. I was contemplating driving to the mall to look for shoes similar to what I ordered. Luckily, I didn't. We had flash floods, and roads were closed (specifically the one leading to the mall). I opted to shop online. Now, I always choose Zappos as my first search engine for shoes because I always have success, and most often get them within 24-48 hours. It's impressive, really. However, today, I found the shoes at a different place for cheaper. Not knowing the time line of when I would receive the shoes, I chose Zappos instead because you are a trustworthy, reliable company. I guess you could say I'm a loyal customer. So, in a world where customer service has really fallen (in my opinion), thank you for being not only speedy with your shipping, but hassle free with returns, and just awesome. I will recommend you to anyone I know. Thanks again. It really does count and keep up the excellent work! It is a true testament to the management of the company!
