Great looking shoe and can be easily matched with a wide range of outfits casual or business. I do have one complaint; the rectangular edge towards the toes hits the toes when you walk and is uncomfortable. I've learned to walk in a certain way that it hits my feet less.

Ordered the shoes on Tuesday night, had them by Friday afternoon. Shoes feel great; danced all night Saturday! Thanks Zappos for the great service!

First, I want to say that Zappos service is excellent. I ordered the shoes on Thursday and received them on Friday! I love these shoes. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable from the first wearing. The buckle on the left shoe seems to hit my toes in the wrong place, but a tiny bit of fleece tucked under it did the trick. I would recommend these. My small size six feet are very wide and I was pleasantly surprised that these did not have to go back!

I love these shoes. I have wide feet and these are the first heels I have ever had that feel good and look good- when I wear them, I feel like I rule the world!

Super cute shoe, got them in blue. Felt true to size and true to width, but when I tried to walk in them, the buckle on top of the foot pinched into my toes. Too bad, I would have loved to keep these!

Cute and comfortable -
Very comfortable for a cute shoe-and vice-versa. I hardly ever can wear even a tiny heel like this. I wouldn't walk for any great distance in these, considering my problem feet, but others might be able to.

Pretty color that is popular this season (turquoise) strap doesn't cut into foot, long enough and wide enough very flattering on foot and a good price (on sale). I ordered an 11 because my right foot is slightly larger; I might have gotten away with a 10.5 but didn't want to have shoes too tight.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
