These are my 4th pair of MN’s and so far my favorite. They Rock! Take a week to break in, put some anti-skid on sole and rock on. So many hot comments...

These boots are not for the faint of heart...they cost a ton, rub under the ankles so badly you’ll consider using bandaids, and have soles so thin you’ll feel every pebble. But they break in in a week...the rubbing goes away, the soles you get used to, the butter soft leather conforms like no other---and you’re left with a ridiculously powerful and rare piece of footwear that would make even a wheelchair bound man stand tall, and walk hard. I’m not sure I've ever loved anything they I way I love these boots. Wait, let me think...no, never.

 |  | I must say, I'm always impressed with the service I receive from your company. Regarding my recent order...it's a funny story. I was contemplating driving to the mall to look for shoes similar to what I ordered. Luckily, I didn't. We had flash floods, and roads were closed (specifically the one leading to the mall). I opted to shop online. Now, I always choose Zappos as my first search engine for shoes because I always have success, and most often get them within 24-48 hours. It's impressive, really. However, today, I found the shoes at a different place for cheaper. Not knowing the time line of when I would receive the shoes, I chose Zappos instead because you are a trustworthy, reliable company. I guess you could say I'm a loyal customer. So, in a world where customer service has really fallen (in my opinion), thank you for being not only speedy with your shipping, but hassle free with returns, and just awesome. I will recommend you to anyone I know. Thanks again. It really does count and keep up the excellent work! It is a true testament to the management of the company!
