I use public transportation or walk wherever I go. I wanted a pair of sneakers that I could use every day, but that kept my feet warm and dry during harsh weather. These sneakers are very comfortable, pretty stylish, especially compared to competitors, and the insulation and gusseted tongue definitely protect my feet. Sometimes I feel my feet warming up as soon as I slip these on. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants warm, dry feet and "normal looking" footwear that can be worn every day.

First and foremost Zappos is amazing. Customer service and shipping are stellar. These shoes do not disappoint; very comfortable around the entire foot and insulated as advertised which makes the shoe feel real cozy on those cold nights. However, if you want to wear thick socks with these shoes, order a half size up. Mine fit true wearing these barefoot or ankle socks. I don't like thick heavy socks. Enjoy.

Love these shoes. They are very warm, comfortable, and waterproof! Perfect for a vacation to England coming up with all the rain and cold weather. They are going to be worry free, no looking out for where I am stepping!

 |  | I wanted to call and commend you on the customer service I received and how thrilled I was to find Zappos. I will definitely be ordering again and again. The town I live in, here in Wyoming does not have many shopping options and I would need to travel about 5 hours for a major shopping trip. This is a fabulous service with free shipping on orders and also for returns. I know of several people here that will enjoy using your service also and I am certainly going to tell them about Zappos.
