Love the shoes. They're just what I expected, but let's face it people, you can buy shoes anywhere. It's the customer service that makes a supplier stand out and Zappos is tops.

One of the best Pumas I ever had. They are great looking and confortable sneakers. It has a lot of arch support and even after long hours of walking it still felt good on my feet. Its true to the size and the color is beautiful.

Thank you Zappos for hanging in there with me. I bought and returned so many pairs of shoes. I felt sure you would say to me, No More Ordering. Puma Millenius are just wonderful. So cute to wear and even with this wide foot of mine, a medium width fit perfect. Size runs true and width runs wide for medium. Great Shoe. Zappos, thank you for your wonderful service.

This shoe runs true to size. I am a size 10.5 and it fits me perfectly. I love the way it looks, the suede navy Puma logo complements the silver beautifully. A really great shoe to wear with jeans. I have gotten a lot of compliments on this one.

I was born with two club feet and while I have done my share of dancing, hiking, and generally having fun with feet that work okay, the many operations left them rather unpretty, a little misshapen and definitely wider/shorter than most feet in proportion to the carrying bodies. Finding shoes that fit and are comfortable is a rarity for me. I search through stores regularly, more often than not
leaving empty handed. I took a chance with Zappos. There were some excellent deals and the size claimed to be what I might need. A box arrived. It said "Packed with Happiness." Inside was my order – 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots. They not only all fit, they all fit amazingly well. The box may very well have been packed with happiness, but let me tell you, not as much happiness as it was opened with!!! Thank you oh so much. You can't imagine what this is for me.
