My order came in within 3 days! Perfect timing again! Boots are so comfortable. Put them on & left for a trip to Vegas, no "breaking in", walked in the airport comfortably & stylishly. The most comfortable walking boots I have ever owned & the leather is beautiful; looks great with jeans or skirts. Thanks Born & Zappos.

Perfect Boots! I love these boots! Perfect height heel and very comfortable to walk in. After searching for the perfect black boots I've finally found them. I have a 14.5" calf and these fit perfect with just the right amount of room, not skin tight but looks nice and fitted. I would highly recommend these. Born typically seems to run a bit big, so I initially ordered down 1/2 a size to a 7.5, but they were too tight, so exchanged them for an 8 and they are a true size 8. Zappos has the best customer service ever! When calling to exchange these for a size 8 I called at 8:00 pm and received my new boots the very next day! Amazing. And the gal on the phone was most friendly and helpful, I will continue to be a loyal Zappos customer.

I was a bit apprehensive about trying boots with a high heel, but these are great. Very well made and comfortable. In no time I'd mastered walking in them and they still feel great even after a full day of walking in the city. I purchased the brown color and am seriously thinking about another pair in black. You can't go wrong with these boots from Born and the unparalleled service you get from Zappos.

These boots are the ticket in so many ways... right height, right width (I am 5’10” and have narrow calves), but they were a little too country for the dress slacks I had in mind. They would look great with a skirt or denim, and they were REALLY comfortable. Alas, I figured I would send them back and fish around for a boot more suitable to my idea. Ultimately, I went WAY BEYOND what I had initially wanted and opted for a pair of red Frye boots.

Wow, can you spell comfy?! I bought brown and black! I am a preschool teacher, and on my feet all day chasing 12 adorable 3 year olds. I used to change shoes to crocs about mid day with other boots; not these! Born is fabulously comfortable, and these boots are so cute, too! Love them!

The shoe fit was great--size 8. Decently comfortable. But a little loose around the calf. 5\'7" 135lbs. Leather was lighter and a little less polished than I was looking for. Stitching seemed a tad sloppy.

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
