These boots are absolutely gorgeous. I got them in brown, and the picture doesn't quite capture the rich, dark color, and the subtle, distressed gold piping. The leather is soft and buttery, but feels like it will hold up well. I have very narrow feet, and I had pretty much given up finding new ankle boots this season until these came along. Well worth the money!

Fabulous shoes. I would highly recommend them. They are very sturdy wintery office shoes. I feel comfortable walking in them on the slick streets and they are stylish enoguh for the office. Plus they are warm and comfortable. The heel high is perfect for me. On top of that, I\'m pregnant and they feel great. They are well worth the price becasue they\'ll last for years!

I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!!
