I bought these boots because I was looking for ones that weren't huge at the top, were flat, and still looked feminine. These fit that criteria on all scores. I have thin calves, so these were a great fit for me.

	I am a mother of 3 and am busy. I have ordered and returned and recently have been ordering jeans. I just wanted to tell Zappos that I love, love, you. You make my life easier and I have had better luck ordering thru you than going to the store and trying on the clothes. Your quick and returns are quick. Your customer service rocks and I love, love you all. Thank you. If I can ever do anything for you like a survey or anything... I’m here for you. Love, love you.
