These shoes have been great. They run true to size and do not give me blisters when worn without stockings. They suede is very soft, but the shoes seem to hold up so far. Sometimes I\'ve found Delmans to be too delicate and that they don\'t stand up to daily wear and tear, but these seem to be sturdier. \r\n\r\nThe color is really pretty and they work with a lot of different outfits.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
