I purchased the Vaneli boots. They are very comfortable. I have been wearing them to the office with long skirts. The boots are stylish and definitely make a statement.

I just purchased this boot in black suede and when I received them I was very pleased, I wore them to go Latin dancing (salsa). They looked great on long legs (I am 5' 11") plus everyone said how great they looked. Almost forgot they're very comfortable. I danced for 4 hours and my feet didn't hurt. Love them. I am very excited about this purchase. Vaneli seems to be one of the few brands that fit my 11.5 ss foot. Hooray for Vaneli.

 |  | I don't normally use exclamation points in my correspondence, but Zappos.com has taken my breath away with your delivery service. And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
