The patent and smooth leather combo doesn't work on this boot. It looks cheap. Sending it back. It does come in a W and fits very true to size.

A great fitting boot! Vaneli makes the perfect choice for narrow feet. They fit so well and are so comfortable.

I bought these to wear to work. I am in retail and am on my feet at all times. These are good for about 3 hours, then I have to change in to flats. Wish they had a better foot bed cushioning.

Great looking boot that fully met my expectations in quality, looks, fit and comfort. Vaneli historically runs a half size small. So I recommend ordering a half size larger.

Gorgeous! Beautiful, stylish and fit like a dream. My foot is problematic so I spend a lot of time and energy to find a great fit. Price isn't usually an issue; my shoes have to be comfortable. These are as comfortable as house slippers. Do not hesitate!

I ordered these boots at 10:30 pm last night and received them today before 3 pm! Holy Cow! Who would ever want to go to the store again?! These boots are fabulous! If you have a very wide foot like mine, these are your "go to" boots! It's very hard to find a wide width boot that is comfortable and also fashionable. I put these right on with a pair of jeans and a patent belt and was ready to go anywhere.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
