Love the look and height of the boot. Could do with a bit more cushioning on the sole as that area can become uncomfortable if you wear the boot all day. Overall, very pleased!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this shoe. Not only does it look pretty, but it is comfortable, and the zipper allows for easy access. I get compliments every time I wear them, which is probably the biggest test.

Great boot! I have tried and returned so many black boots because I just couldn't find any for my narrow feet. As soon as I put these on, I got all excited because I had finally found them! These are so cute I just might get another color.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow.
