Shoes are true to size, very comfortable. There is some arch support. Love the two tone effect, so I can wear them with browns, khakis and black slacks. I have a narrow foot, but med width was good for me. The day they arrived I wore them! Definitely an all day shopping kind of shoe! Zappos you are the best! Everything gets to me pronto and in perfect condition. You are my first resource for shoes!

As usual, excellent Zappos service. The shoes are lovely. I was somewhat disappointed, given how expensive they are, that as I wear them they are loosening, in the heel area. I have to try to figure out what sort of insert to use to correct this situation.

 |  | As always, the service is spectacular! Because I wear a ww width it was always a stressful time when I had to buy (or should I say, TRY to find) shoes that fit comfortably. Now I go right to Zappos.com and find anything I need. With the quick service, and easy, free return process, Zappos has taken the dread and uncertainty out of buying shoes!
