These shoes are stylish, comfortable and flattering. They have a nice mixture of leather and suede. Height of the heel is good, decent without feeling unstable. They fit well (I wore them for over 14 hours straight the first time with no complaints!), and although the toe is quite pointy there is enough room so that toes don't feel cramped. Good value for the (very reasonable) price.

This shoe is comfortable and the heel is the perfect height. I can do a fair amount of walking in this shoe, and it doesn\'t pinch or hurt. Toes seem to have enough room, and the traditional Vaneli comfort is there. Suede is nice, but not sure how long it will last. I wish they would make this shoe in a leather material and in a neutral (light brownish) color. I like this shoe so much that I bought it in brown too!

Love these shoes! Fit is perfect! The style is great and well worth the money. Wide shoes are hard to find, but Vaneli are the best fit I have ever found. Comfortable all day long. Highly recommend these shoes.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
