These shoes are very comfortable. The padding inside is something that I will look for in any shoes that I buy from now on. I would buy another pair if they were made in a scuff free type leather. They were delivered quickly.

These shoes in red are adorable! I've received so many compliments! I found them to run a half size too small and they are narrow. I ordered a size 7.5 D a size which I have never worn before. I am normally a 7 M. I love these shoes!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I normally wear a slim but they only had these in a narrow so I decided to try them and, surprisingly, they fit! They\'re very cute.

I got the red version of these shoes and I have to say I love them! They are super comfy. I must admit, the first time I wore them I got blisters, but after that they were perfect. I get tons of compliments on them every time I wear them.

I ordered the red patent leather. These are the most beautiful shoes I have ever owned. I'm almost afraid to wear them. I ordered the 9.5 D and it fits perfectly! I can't believe it. Zappos has made shopping for wide shoes a pleasure. This is a very big deal. Vaneli totally nailed it; wide enough for the toes, but doesn't slip off the heel. I don't know how it would be to walk all day. I usually like more arch support. But for a party, these are perfect.

I ordered this shoe on-line from Zappos. It was easy. The shoes arrived in just a few days of my order in perfect condition. The shoes are wonderful! They are comfortable walking shoes. I would definitely order again from Zappos. Great experience!

So glad I found you. I love this shoe! The gathered material and bow on top are absolutely delicious! It's a slipper with a kitten heel and so cute. True to size & comfortable. Looks way more expensive than what I paid.

This is not a true size 8, it is very cute, but a half or full size smaller than an 8. The material doesn't feel like real leather and is very unforgiving and stiff.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
